Once again corporate America selling out for a couple of green backs!!! I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire existence and this is no exaggeration!!! Unable to watch My shows on the go, cant record my shows from my phone, no on demand feature and absolutely no help from customer service. To make matters worse, we are still being charged for all these service; when my husband emailed Frontier with his concerns they addressed his concerns with a returned email a week later. Deleted the APP and will be going back to Time Warner Cable!!!! Poor form Verizon/Frontier!!!!
