Installed but when. I click on a show in watch now. I it starts to open. It then says " unfortunately frontier has closed. Reported numerous times. They can't be bothered to fix it.

Frontier finally had an app that was approaching what the old u-verse app did years ago. The new, "update" wont even load on my phone. I just get the red screen forever with the annoying three dots.

Cant set up a record program from app

Need to add a feature on the app so you can set up a recording from the app. The old Verizon you could record a show or set up a serious on the app if you accidentally forgot to schedule something....please fix this...app is useless without this.

Wish I could put negative stars. Seriously a terrible app and Verizon made a huge mistake selling to Frontier.

On demand over cellular doesnt work

I was planning to see a soccer game on the road and this horrible app doesnt allow most of the channels over cellular network. I could do this with U-verse or Verizon. Frontier is for sure a downgraded service. Bad.

Useless

I miss VZ Fios. This app doesnt even work, it says unable to connect all the time. Cant record, no searching.. Junk..Also, there is no xbox channel..

Worst app ever

Doest open. Cant record. Cant search. Cant see everything on demand. Do I need to say more? Frontier is the worst. I think cable was a bit better.

Update did nothing. Frontier is 20 years behind Verizon. If not a customer already do yourself a favor and dont become one

Just a waste

Is it me or do the upgrades just make the app go from bad to worse each time? Everyday since 4/1/16 I ask myself why am I still a frontier customer?

So, basically frontier tried to put the "cart before the horse," and it backfired! Back to the drawing board.

So I am CONTINUING to have issues with the app. I called customer service to complain and find out a date it may be working. They stated that I would need to take it up with technical service... and then gave me another 800 number to call. Lousy. Then, I spoke with technical service that verified the app was not working properly... duh. I asked if I could be issued a credit since it has not worked in 3 months now. Technical service then contacted customer service and I was told since I didnt pay for the app (its free in the app store) then they would not issue me a credit. REALLY? So my overpriced service that I pay for ontime every month does not include "the app"? You list it as a feature and it worked before I was forced to switch to Frontier from Verizon.

Worst app ever...DirecTV time!

Unable to record/save a program remotely. Seriously? Why even have an app??? Zero stars if that were an option.

This app wont recognize my VDRs. The TV Channel listings now dont show the local HDTV channels - they did before the latest app update. Not that I can set up a remote recording but it at least helped to see whats on. Frontier isnt too interested in making this app work and it will only get worse as customers abandon them for services that are competent. Low budget company with no clue.

Terrible service

Terrible down grade from Verizons app. Rarely works and has less options than before. Please fix this app by re-doing it.
