I blame Verizon as much, if not more, than Frontier for abandoning their customers for, I assume, money. Its always been suspect that Verizon values making money far more than caring for their customers but this is just shamefully blatant here. I dont believe for a moment that this transition could not have been done smoothly if consideration for the customer was an important factor in this move. Anyone considering switching to ANY other service, I strongly endorse doing so. To those companies looking to increase their customer base, now is your chance to offer a new home to all of us many who feel very let down by corporate America. It is our responsibility, as consumers, to assert out power because a company is nothing without its customers.
