With regards to this software app, its dated. It was state of the art 5 years ago. Now, it will not run in the background. It wont run audio alone in the background. The software app represents a poor user experience.
With regards to Frontier, Frontier is a start-up and ill prepared to take over what was a high end service provider, Verizon FIOS. I would be satisfied if Frontier were the lowest cost provider. Frontiers customer service is discounted by being foreign...good for Frontier and less good for us.
With regards to Verizon FIOS, shame on you for not insuring quality service while you transition us to the bad company to whom you sold all of us, your customers.
Please forgive my honesty in sharing my disappointment.
