Bad is an understatement

Everything I have experienced at Frontier is bad. Customer service is terrible, tech services not exist, they even hang up on you when you press the for you press for an explanation on tech problems they cannot help you with.
On-Demand does not work weekly. No new series episodes never get posted, etc. etc. etc...
