I dont think this app has worked once since Verzion dumped us to Frontier. Even the reviews in the App Store wouldnt load. If you can read this, lucky you.

I thought I was the only one having trouble watching tv on my IPad...I HAD one more year left with FIOS? I think NOT,...as far as Im concerned, FIOS broke their contract with with me by pawning me off on this half assed company..Unfortunately, I have to switch to the other evil empire Comcast.
Every one star review is correct. It just doesnt work. It shows all of my subscribed channels but with a locked lock over them which means that the app doesnt work. I did a live chat and was told that my channels were "provisioned" correctly but they were having an "authentication protocol failure" on their end. Whew! That answered all my questions. For a minute there I thought that the app just didnt work. I asked when the issue might be resolved and was told that "they had no idea!" I think Ill use the same response when they ask when am I going to pay my bill.
This is year 2016!! An app that has not been tested ?? Really? All Frontier had to do is take the FIOS app and paste their logo on it. 1. Rename STB goes to Apples street. 2. Viewing All HD starts at 510, cutting off 500-509. Is this app a joke? Where is the real app Frontier ?
I hate this app because I cant even open it.
This app lets me watch only a few of the channels Im actually subscribed too if at all. I talked to support and they said I was not longer under my Verizon contract and could cancel anytime. Will look into switching to Time Warner Cable.
-5 Stars Forced from Verizon to Frontier today, Had to switch to this app but it does nothing the Verizon app did. If I cant even get logged in it just say not available, or blank, or crash. Horrible switch over. 3 Weeks later and nothing resolved
Zero and below are the ratings for Frontier and this thing they call an app. After messing things up in Ct., when Frontier took over AT&T Uverse, and was forced to credit $150/subscriber, through a class action lawsuit, someone at the FTC and FCC must have thought, by now Frontier should know how to handle 3 states at once. California, Texas and Florida are quite populous. The transition should have been as transparent as flicking a switch so wherever you saw Verizon you now see Frontier. But no. Were forced to deal with a company thats reinventing/reengineering the guts that used to work.
You cant even search for programming. Frontier will not keep my business if they do not fix their shortcomings!!!!
Update: As of May 8th, 2016 I still cannot access my subscribed channels on this app. At this point I will not be paying a portion of my bill and will be calling every day, writing the FCC, every congressman I can to just be a pain. That will be the only way to get anything from this company. This app does not work. Three weeks into our migration from a perfectly running Verizon app we still have locks on channels we are subscribed to and multiple calls to Frontier tech support gets nothing but offshore people reading from a script. They cant solve anything and just ask for us to wait until they have completely moved everyone over. Of course I cant use a feature Im paying for, so Im hoping they are giving refunds.
Every week a new disappointment. Today no programming guide. The final straw. No on demand services and intermittent outages. The FCC needs to engage. Hello DIRECTV.
What menu icon? It tells me to tap it. ????where is it? The app does NOTHING.
The poorly executed transition from Verizon to Frontier has even grabbed the attention of our local government here in TX. It has not only been poorly executed, but the customer service has been terrible. I have tried calling, chatting, and received one small credit on my bill, however major problems with the app still exist. Main issues with the app include: not being able to verify my subscription to the channel on the app. Also, there is only one news channel now on the mobile app (Bloomberg) and I cant watch it do to the app not being able to connect with the server to verify my subscription. Also, what happened to the "search" function of the app? It was great with Verizon. The fact that I am paying a premium amount for this below par service is quite possibly the most frustrating part of it all.
I rate you no stars. This is the worst app ever. Actually the entire company frontier is horrible. Service is below zero, and nobody cares. Since April 1 I have not been able to use frontier logins to authenticate any apps that I want to watch and on my frontierTV app I only have a very few channels. When you do start to play something it stops and starts and then it will cut off completely. Then it will not reload. I call these people on the phone waiting an hour then lose the connection or if I do get a person I need an interpreter to hear what Im being told. I have asked for a credit and that aint happening, its very difficult when you have children and depend on watching on your mobile devices this is a thing of the past with frontier. And of course since we have a contract, I think were stuck. how could Verizon have done this to us?
This app doesnt allow me to watch any of the channels Im subscribed to on my iPad.
So, basically frontier tried to put the "cart before the horse," and it backfired! Back to the drawing board.
Just writing this review to add another one-star review to the many many more negative review this horrible app got so far. It is beyond my comprehension how you can get a very functioning and useful app like Verizon had and come up with this mess. Did they do this on purpose? Anyway called Frontier many times and they ASSURED med they are working on the problem. My only hope is a million one star reviews will wake them up....
Channels dont work cant even search.
Can Frontier come after me if I break my existing contract and take my business to direct tv or dish?
Frontier is so bad...they deserve -5 stars for the service.
