What the WHAT!

Verizon how could you! frontier

Useless App

All I get when I open it is "403-Forbidden". Dont even get a chance to put in credentials. Complete waste of time.

Awful

This app is terrible and doesnt function properly at all. Was able to log in but it says that I am not subscribed to any of the channels which is not true so I cant watch tv WHICH IS WHAT THE APP IS MEANT TO DO!!! Theres not even a search bar or a remote feature for gods sake frontier yall need to get it together or Im switching! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!

Frontier too small to handle Verizon customers!

Trying to filter hd channels but filters out local channels. Guide has incorrect listings. My advise. .JUST USE REGULAR TV GUIDE APP. FILTERS PERFECTLY!

Worthless - Time to switch providers

Cant view/watch the same selection of channels in the Frontier mobile app I used to be able to in the Fios app. Far less channels allowed to view on mobile under Frontier. Horrible. Paying the same bill for less value? wth?

The Worst!

Ditto what every former Verizon customer is saying. This app is pointless. Since most of my TV viewing is on devices, I havent been able to watch anything since the April 1st change to Frontier. Where is my refund?

Come back Verizon

The only working feature of this app is TV guide, Frontier cant seem to get anything right.

I can even fully explain how terrible this is.

Awful

It has been quite sometime since they merged with Fios and they havent fixed their on demand content or app. I would choose 0 stars but this isnt possible on iTunes

Horrible

Once again corporate America selling out for a couple of green backs!!! I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire existence and this is no exaggeration!!! Unable to watch My shows on the go, cant record my shows from my phone, no on demand feature and absolutely no help from customer service. To make matters worse, we are still being charged for all these service; when my husband emailed Frontier with his concerns they addressed his concerns with a returned email a week later. Deleted the APP and will be going back to Time Warner Cable!!!! Poor form Verizon/Frontier!!!!

Terrible Transition

Frontier, Its obvious you were not ready to take over for Verizon. This app is terrible I cant even control my remote the way I was able to when Verizon was the provider. Also the connectivity isnt there it doesnt recognize my set top boxes the settings are vague at best. Im actually surprised that Im getting TV right now, this app is the worst, Frontier should have done much better if they had planned to take over for Verizon. DirecTV is looking better by the minute. This is bush league compared to your competition. I wonder whos getting fired over this BS transition.

Terrible, moving to TWC..

Ive been with Verizon for 5+ years and had no problem ever. Now that Frontier has taken over its a disaster.internet is unreliable, I cannot access the channels Ive paid for through this FrontierTV app, and their customer support is HORRIBLE. 20 days since they took over, and people in my condo are so frustrated that our admin has already gotten in touch with TWC... So thank you Frontier, but no thank you.

Disaster!

In addition to crappy service, I tried to update my payment method online today. Of course that didnt work. I called and was left on hold for a long time. Finally their NON AMERICAN support person came on. After a litany of personal questions she wanted my SSAN! I told her no. She still insisted. I told her I wished to speak to her supervisor. Nope, couldnt do that. There is NO REASON to give out credit card information AND your SSAN to a foreigner or anyone for that matter. She finally processed my new card without my SSAN. BEWARE!

Horrible app, horrible company

After a nightmarish transition, I still dont have access to all my subscribed channels. I cant even watch regular broadcast channels on my iPad while on my own network! Its beyond ridiculous. Guess after all these years of detesting BrightHouse, Im going to have to switch. It cant be any worse, thats for certain! Run from Frontier!!

Garbage

What garbage. Cant do anything. Verizon app worked fine. This does nothing.

I am very nostalgic for Verizon Fios.

Worst ever

This is the worst app ever. I dont know why even bother to come up with something like this. I will give them one more week then drop them if no change.

Frontier Incompetence

Looks like egos rule. To hell with the customers. Who cares about providing good product. Verizon had a fantastic app. But it looks as if Frontier had to do things their way so instead of waiting until they had a product equal to or better than Verizon they went live with a product that does NOT work nearly as well. I think their executives deserve a big bonus for that. Well done.

Worst experience ever

I really wish they read this and now how much I hate to be a customer from frontier now.
