What a joke!

This is by far the worst mobile app there is! This has been going on since April first and they still cant get it right! If you can get a station on it, it will run for about an hour then quit! Frontier should be ashamed of them selves! And now they raised the price, again! I feel sorry for the people who cant change. We are going to! Its too bad that I have to rate it one star. Otherwise it wont take my review! Another unsatisfied coustomer!

On Demand?

What is troubling is that you cant record shows on the FIOS system through the app. This should have been completed in the first place. Horrible desktop and useless.

Bad service/bad app

Please sell Frontier back to Verizon! Not only are we having problems getting the proper set top boxes, but now this stupid app hasnt worked for a day. Plus u cant even schedule programming to record when Im away from home. You guys want us to pay top dollar for an inferior product. But Im sure your top executives are getting big bonuses for this dismal failure of a business buyout

Joke

Dont plan on watching anything on the app because it will give you an error code for everything and anything you try to access. Also, good luck contacting technical support to help you resolve the issue.

Horrible Services in General

People here is right, stay away from this company, since it is not Verizon the services they provide are horrible, the app is a downgrade, it works only to pay the bill, the Internet connection drops many times and no body knows what is going on, the TV is ok but the app doesnt work with the tvboxes, in other words STAY AWAY from this company until they handle all the services as Thr big companies does. Will prepare to look for a different Internet and tv provider. Tired already of frontier.

Disappointed

I want Verizon Fios back ! This Frontier app is useless cant watch anything at all what a waste ... Im cancelling my service

Very poorly handled

I blame Verizon as much, if not more, than Frontier for abandoning their customers for, I assume, money. Its always been suspect that Verizon values making money far more than caring for their customers but this is just shamefully blatant here. I dont believe for a moment that this transition could not have been done smoothly if consideration for the customer was an important factor in this move. Anyone considering switching to ANY other service, I strongly endorse doing so. To those companies looking to increase their customer base, now is your chance to offer a new home to all of us many who feel very let down by corporate America. It is our responsibility, as consumers, to assert out power because a company is nothing without its customers.

Some improvement

The app has gotten better in that you can now record your shows. However you still cannot filter the TV listing according to your favorites.

Morons

You were handed the best tv provider and app in the nation and you cant even do that right. Did you think we would stay around for this crap service? Its been over 3 months. Bye bye

One Star is too high of a rating

The Verizon app was sub par to the Comcast app, but it did work. The frontier app will only play, whats on now. It will not work for on demand and getting help from them is a joke.

Cant stream outside my home network?

Dont ever remember that being a problem with the Verizon app.

Horrible App

Nothing works on this app. Cant access even10% of my channels. Cant access DBR recorded stuff either! Ridiculous that some of the basic stuff hasnt been addressed for such a long time. How can a company survive with such a bad rating for so long without doing anything about it?! Wish I could give it 0 stars but it wont let me!

Not a Kind Word to Say about Frontier.

With regards to this software app, its dated. It was state of the art 5 years ago. Now, it will not run in the background. It wont run audio alone in the background. The software app represents a poor user experience. With regards to Frontier, Frontier is a start-up and ill prepared to take over what was a high end service provider, Verizon FIOS. I would be satisfied if Frontier were the lowest cost provider. Frontiers customer service is discounted by being foreign...good for Frontier and less good for us. With regards to Verizon FIOS, shame on you for not insuring quality service while you transition us to the bad company to whom you sold all of us, your customers. Please forgive my honesty in sharing my disappointment.

Bad is an understatement

Everything I have experienced at Frontier is bad. Customer service is terrible, tech services not exist, they even hang up on you when you press the for you press for an explanation on tech problems they cannot help you with. On-Demand does not work weekly. No new series episodes never get posted, etc. etc. etc...
