Watched pretty and pink today

Right, so its true that many channels do not work, but I was able to watch pretty and pink today so the app isnt a complete waste. There are a few movie channels that do work so dont be discouraged to download this app and at the very least get some of your moneys worth. Yes, verizon sold us out, and their reputation will forever be tarnished, but they accepted the deal, we cannot put all blame on frontier. With that said, I will remain hopeful that this app, as well other frontier services, will improve over time and frontier will compensate its customers for whatever technical difficulties they had to endure during this very difficult time.

I am totally blown away with how bad this service is now that fontafrack has bought out Verizon. I thought is was bad enough before considering I am paying about 3 times the amount I would with Direct TV for a steady signal. Even with that I still think I would be better off with Direct TV as it would work just as good as this piece of junk. If they bought the company why is the HELL with they try and re-invent the wheel with a new app that does not do anything ( took me 8 times to even register with them that I should have already been in there as I have had this service for 6+ years) guess thats a Fing joke on me lol. I will be breaking my service AAAASSSSAAAAAAPPPPP. For anyone out there that is reading these reviews in thoughts of getting this service close this out and RUN dont walk away. All this being said I am not sure what is worse the app or the customer service. And of course they are using an Indian customer service CENTER that is always so helpful lol. I am glad that they are saving money farming out the customer service centeras with this type of product they are gonna need every penny they get as ppl are going to get off this boat faster than one with Somali pirates driving which seems to be the case anyway with these prices.

This is useless

I was forced to download the Frontier App, so I thought ok...should work the same as the Fios app. Boy was I wrong! I cant watch any of the local channels like NBC, ABC or CBS live! Channels that I subscribe to are locked. No remote control available. The app is pretty much useless. I dont understand why Frontier wont let us continue using the old Fios app. We are still able to use the rest of the Fios equipment. Just horrible. Dont donwload it.

One star is over rated !!

At least the remote control works, trying for a month to sign up. Still loading ..call center in India picked up 30 min on hold. Apologized , said try again in 2 weeks. Dont think so...

My Condolences...

To you poor Verizon customers who got swallowed up by this absurd, half-a&&ed excuse for a TV "service provider". We former ATT customers are far more long suffering and I hate to break it to you, but it never gets better. I am certain that people in remote Mexican villages have more reliable service than I do. They could have the customer service line route to a pen full of clucking chickens and theyd be more helpful than the nit wits who do eventually get around to answering your call. Lastly, they took a perfectly functioning ATT app and broke it, and now theyve broken even further still. This company will someday be a business school case study in what not to do. Meanwhile Im going to have to decide between the lesser of a few evil alternatives and stop beating my head against the wall.

Awful

Worst app ever. I can no longer download content to watch while Im on planes. They have till the end of May to offer this or I leave them and take my $200 per month with me. Frontier is worse than Verizon and Comcast.

Weak, weak!

Frontier bought Verizon Fios where we live. This app is a terrible downgrade. It doesnt even have a search feature.

Ever since frontier took over their service has gone down the drain. This app hardly ever works and I only have access to a couple of lame channels.

Broken

App doesnt do anything. Just a red screen with three flashing dots... Then an error message... "Something went wrong, please try again later." I did. Still didnt work.

Unuseable!

I placed my complaint 3 weeks ago - nothing changed - but Frontier still wants money for a service that is nothing… How long do we have to wait?

Horrible. Just horrible!!

So I love how Verizon doesnt say anything about their takeover by Frontier Communications. On top of that, the service is horrible! Nothing works. The features are disappointing at best and where the hell did all my on-demand show go? Whoever was in charge of the merge should probably look for another job. Not a smooth transition at all. Someone dropped the ball. I think Ill be switching to DirecTV or Time Warner cause this is just stupid for the amount Im paying. Unless Frontier wants to offer a better solution????

I should not be paying a sh%t load of money for half of your services "Verizon". Why change something good? M+ no warning? I better get compensated for this BS I need my On Demand On the Frikken Go . Thats why we pay for this sh%t

Complete garbage next to Fios

My fios app loaded everything wonderfully and listed all the channels, was regularly updated and rarely gave me issues. This is a load of bunk. No channels from my subscription package load. First I got a "please connect to your home wifi for more channels" then I called tech support; they logged me out and did something and said " try again" well now there are maybe 10 pathetic stations in there like GOLF and BLOOMBERG. No CNN, no Discovery, No Hispty Channel, No NatGeo. I just got off the phone with them after a 1:22 minute call and they put in a trouble ticket. How useless is that going to be I wonder? I MISS FIOS

Horrible - Dont bother downloading - NOTHING works

This app is completely useless. None of the channels I am subscribed to play on this app and it is impossible to reach customer support to resolve the issue. The Verizon Fios app worked perfectly a few weeks ago, now with the switch to Frontier NOTHING works! Dont bother downloading unless you like to read the equivalent of a TV guide.

25 days and counting

Still no streaming, still offering only contemporary gems like "The Nanny", still not admitting Im "subscribed" to all those boutique "upgrade" channels such as ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS, still spotty wifi - when it works at all, still tv reception only about 5% of the time, still using those poor beleaguered Philippinos, reading scripts that have nothing to do with the problem your having, as tech support (btw, why does your investor page tout the use of all U.S. personnel when clearly this is untrue?!). Oh, my bill came on time. Thats something I guess....

I miss VZ Fios. This app doesnt even work, it says unable to connect all the time. Also, there is no xbox channel..

Frontier Failure

Basically a TV guide, little more. I am so fed up with the transition from Verizon FiOS to Frontier that Im actually looking at DirecTV again - even though I swore I would never go back. This failure of an app is a perfect example of Frontier suckage. Dont waste your time downloading this piece of junk, spend it more wisely by looking for an alternative service provider!!
