Stuck with this app and this service

It doesnt seem like Frontier cares much about all their new FIOS customers complaints, since theyve still left us with this terrible replacement for the FIOS app. Still, maybe leaving one more one-star review will convince them to ...

Can you say "awful"

You mean to tell me that I can only receive 5 channels on the app version of Frontier, 4 of those are Spanish. Better get it together because I have a feeling you will be losing a lot of customers, including me. I mainly watch tv via the app but now that it s not working what do I need to pay for then? Its been enough time for a complete switch over unless you just have incompetent people working for you. And btw what the heck happened to my points, I would like those back please I earned them by paying a high monthly bill and having auto pay. Sincerely, Really irritated customer

Horrible

This app is terrible. I want to watch previously recorded TV episodes and it does not allow that. Its not a great app.

Im counting the days!

My subscription is up in August. I am literally counting the days to leave Frontier. The Verizon app was soooo good I really miss it.

The worst app in the history of apps!

Its impossible to login to the app to use it. I can log into my Frontier account but I cant login to this crappy app. So the bottom line is that Frontier will be happy to take your money but forget about actually using their so-called product. Verizon wasnt so good, but at least their junk worked, more or less. Who would put out an app that didnt work? What were they thinking? Were they thinking at all?

This is a pos app that never works properly. It really is useless how can they put this out there and advertise it when it does not work. No start they r making me put 1

A joke

This app and this company are a joke. They dont seem to be good at anything except for not answering when you call. If you have a choice between communication companies, pick the other one.

Everything about this transition has been awful. Horrible customer service, a crap app and theyre completely inattentive!

Ripped off

Cant view my subscribed channels, remote control gone, amateurish apps and shoddy service! Dont need to be a genius to work out the future of this trash company!

Switching back to Direct Tv!!

This is S**T and nothing works!!! Im a huge sports fan and most of the time Im away from home and I want to watch the games. But thanks to you guys I cant watch anything!! Your service is the DEFINITION of terrible. Im 1000% switching back to Direct Tv.

Hire me

If you want someone to tell you whats wrong with your app just hire me. Apparently your testers cant seem to find any pretty obvious issues. Add a friggin search button! "Connect to your home wifi network to see more channels" whyyyyyy? This wasnt necessary when I had Verizon fios and all of a sudden it is? My content on this app that I AM ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TO AND PAY FOR is limited to channels I dont even watch.

Frontier Is The Worst

Verizon just lost all credibility by selling out to a company who has no ability to deliver the quality that Fios used to be. The customer service from Frontier is the worst I have ever experienced, with wait times on hold for 30 minutes...and this Frontier app is useless. Time to move to Dish or Cable!!! I only wish I could give them "Zero" stars cause they dont deserve the one you have to give.....
